I stayed in a Standard Queen Room for two nights. The front desk staff greeted me warmly upon arrival, making me feel welcome right away. The breakfast had a good selection, and the coffee was surprisingly good, which I appreciated. However, I encountered some issues. The elevator was quite loud when opening and closing, which was annoying. I also found that housekeeping didn't clean the room on the second day, and I had to request clean towels multiple times. The pool was closed for maintenance, and I felt a bit let down by that. Overall, while there were pleasant aspects, the service and some facilities could use improvement.
